  • Simple Supersets

A superset is moving from one particular exercise to another exercise with little or no break at all. This strategy maximizes the capacity of your body to burn fats. Compared to the regular workouts, a superset will give you the chance to get twice the amount of work done within the same time. A simple superset usually involves weighted push-ups. Start with one and do at least 10 repetitions. Move next to jump squats and do another 10 repetitions. You are now doing one superset. Take a break for a minute then continue doing 3 more sets. If you can handle the push-ups, make it more difficult by adding stones or sand inside a backpack and wear it while you are doing the sets.

  • Rows and Lunges

You can do a renegade row with dumb bells that are hex-shaped. You can also do it with kettle bells or paint tins. Make sure that they are set in place so they do not roll out from under your body. If no extra weights are available, you can also improvise by performing the basic push-up to add more challenge to your workout.  Do some rows and lunges with tires that you’re not using anymore. Make use of items found in your garage. If you don’t have one, you can also visit your local car dealers and see if they have some hanging around unused. A spade or a baseball bat can also do the trick.

A weight loss program in a fitness gym can cost you a lot of money. You’ll also have to painstakingly go to the gym religiously as one missed workout can do you more harm than not.
